The Essential Cleanse 2.0

Juicing or blending? I often get asked which of these two methods is better for cleansing and for health maintenance, so here’s my take. The main difference between the two is that when you blend your vegetables, you’re keeping the pulp (and thus the fiber) in your drink… but is this better?
