WATER
Drink plenty of water throughout
the day. Elissa recommends starting the day with water before caffeine or food.
COFFEE
Doesn’t need to be fully removed, but keep it organic and use unsweetened non-dairy milk without added sugar.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
This cleanse is designed to be supportive, not extreme. If you feel lightheaded, overly depleted or unwell, pause & reach out for support.
MOVEMENT
Walking, stretching, yoga, light Pilates, or other forms of gentle movement are encouraged.
ALCOHOL
Avoid during the cleanse.
SUPPLEMENTS
You can continue taking your regular supplements, but if you are taking medication, pregnant, managing a medical condition, breastfeeding or unsure about a specific supplement you should check with your practitioner first.
